The Spitalfields bar is hosting a special monthly collaboration with London Walks, proprietors of the award-winning Jack the Ripper tours.

Housed within a former suit tailor’s workshop on Petticoat Lane, Discount Suit Company is a hidden bolthole at the centre of Jack the Ripper’s East End exploits. Tours commence at the bar, where you receive a cocktail upon arrival from the latest menu. A stiff drink is followed by a tour of the backstreets of Whitechapel & Spitalfields, led by an official tour guide who’s been mentored by Donald Rumbelow – ‘the leading authority on Jack the Ripper’.

Evoking that Victorian evening of gaslight and fog, menacing shadows and stealthy footsteps, inspect the murder sites and sift through the evidence. The tour concludes with another cocktail at Discount Suit Company. Tickets are priced at £20, inclusive of two cocktails. The tour starts at 7pm prompt, and lasts approximately an hour and a half.
