The vibrant décor reflects the building’s Art Deco style and there are ample tables for large groups, a full bar and counter space. An open kitchen, where Vista Hermosa, the Mexican food company owned by Tacombi, will also be making fresh masa and tortillas, anchors part of the space.
Inspired by the beaches of Mexico, Tacombi is bringing vibrant flavors South of the Border with an assortment of tacos inspired by various Mexican regions, but with street food inclinations, such as Carnitas, Al Pastor, Acapulco Shrimp and Barbacoa which is cooked in a banana leaf. The restaurant is also serving a Yellowfish Tuna Tostada, Monterey-style street tacos, and Corn Esquitas made with toasted corn, lime and chipotle mayo. At the bar is an assortment of tequilas, mezcales, cocteles and cerveza.
