The Bubble Suite, champagne bar, at the Hilton Paris Opera is now open!
Champagne and the city of Paris has always been an undeniably attractive couple, and now there is one more institution to commemorate that eternal match.
As of last month, the Bubble Suite at Hilton Paris Opera is now open from Wednesday to Friday, from 17hr to 22hr. The hotel partnered with the Champagne brand Collet to deliver an Art Deco style bar oozing with charm, live music, chic clientele and bonheur.
Along with champagne and champagne inspired cocktails the bar also offers a selection of bar snacks including foie gras lollipops, scallops with parsnip purée, oysters in red berries vinegar. All dishes and ingredients selected and prepared by the talented Hilton Opera chef Eric Lenormand.
