Signature Dishes

A traditional Spanish tortilla with aioli (which Picasso once told Vogue magazine was his favourite dish of all time) and a roasted rabbit leg with braised chickpeas and sobresada, inspired by the time Picasso spent exploring the painterly potential of the Spanish landscape.
