Britain’s youngest Michelin-star chef and Great British Menu winner, Tommy Banks, is teaming up with Lord’s Cricket Ground to combine his two great passions: food and cricket. Tommy is opening this year’s Lord’s Dining Club series on 23 May when guests dine in the historic Long Room at Lord’s on a specially curated four-course menu, designed by Tommy himself - featuring some of the signature dishes from the Black Swan – including his crapaudine beetroot, slow-cooked in beef fat topped with cod roe, linseed crackers, goat curd and a barbecue glaze. Tickets are priced from £192.
