The Bloom Room at P.F. Chang’s Asian Table

Located in the heart of the West End, the pan-Asian restaurant has launched The Bloom Room and the chance to experience Hanami – the Japanese tradition of flower viewing.

The entire ground floor has been transformed into a cherry blossom haven and a picture-perfect space to sip on limited edition cocktails and indulge their special Japanese desserts beneath a stunning canopy of florals. 

Soak up the cocktails with their authentic family recipes using ancient wok-cooking techniques and modern Asian-inspired cuisine served in their sophisticated, contemporary bistro setting. Dishes include the Original Dynamite Shrimp with spicy aioli and Mongolian Beef – tender flank steak caramalised with soy sauce, garlic and spring onions. The Bloom Room is open Monday to Sunday, from 6.30pm until close. Signature Dishes

Cherry blossom cheesecake - a no bake Sakura-inspired dessert with hints of citrus, rose and cherry blossoms and the Pink Paradise a large macaroon filled with fresh raspberries and matcha ganache with rose ice cream.

Signature Drinks

The Sakura Dream a mix of vodka, pink grapefruit juice, guava juice & lemongrass and the mocktail version called the Sakura Cooler made without vodka.
