Sherry B Dessert Studio

After opening Sherry B Dessert Studio Upstate back in 2012, pastry chef and founder Sherry Blockinger has brought her French culinary skills to Manhattan.

With a Grand Diplôme in Pastry Arts from the French Culinary Institute, chef Blockinger gives classic American desserts an inventive and clever twist. And what started as a custom pastry business from her home, is now a small but very successful dessert studio.

Her signature ice cream cake sandwiches are all made from scratch and include utter indulgent treats such as cream cheese ice cream between purple velvet cake; dark chocolate fudge ice cream on chocolate cake, and a Counter Culture coffee ice cream sandwich.

Sherry B Dessert Studio also offers decadent brownies, giant s’mores and a cookie bar to build your own cookie sandwichas well as a selection of savory items such as cheddar scones, baked camembert and choux puffs filled with whipped parmesan and goat cheese.

Similar to the first location Upstate, the new 22-seat café has a minimalistic design with white and purple accents.
