If U are planning to dine we recommend U start with either the salmon gravlax with dill, horseradish foam and Thai sauce, or Perigord style salad with smoked duck breast, foie gras, fruit bread and condiments. Then progress to either the delicious roasted cod with mashed potatoes, broken pea coulis and seaweed sauce, or the seared duck breast topped with honey-ginger sauce and accompanied with fresh vegetables and sweet potato fondant.
