Wagyumafia - London

Tokyo's famed member's only beef club is rumoured to be coming to London...

Tokyo-based Wagyumafia - founded by Hisato Hamada and Takafumi Horie - currently operates seven restaurants with three member's only restaurants in Tokyo including their iconic Cutlet Sandwich shop in Tokyo along with their first overseas outlet in Hong Kong. Expect the London outpost to take signature elements from its Tokyo restaurants to present a unique dining concept solely focused on an omakase menu with signature dishes as well as original creations - served around a chef’s counter. 

The multi award-winning fine food movement Wagyumafia are widely considered the ‘Masters of Wagyu’. Their supply of Wagyu – also known as ‘Teruyoshi’ is recognised as the highest quality Kobe beef and also known for their pricey $180 deep-fried breaded wagyu cutlet sandwich.
