The Butcher's Daughter Brooklyn

With two locations in Manhattan and one in Venice, California, the trendy vegan restaurant has finally opened in Williamsburg.

The sunny all-day dining spot was born when Heather Tierney (owner of incredible cocktail lounge Apothéke), Chef Gonzalo Morales (previously of Balthazar/ former meat connoisseur), and Brandi Kowalski (the juice ‘guru’) put their creative expertise together.

The new Butcher’s Daughter spot in Williamsburg is much bigger than its sister locations featuring its signature bohemian vibe, with wooden furnishings, white-washed walls, lots of plants and plenty of natural light. Added vintage elements make this new restaurant quintessentially Brooklyn.

Chef Gonzalo Morales created the all-day food menu, executed by executive chef Richard Rae, featuring well-balanced dishes from brunch to dinner. Try the famous avocado toast or breakfast tacos, or the tagliatelle bolognese, with thick ribbons of zucchini and carrot in lieu of pasta, topped with black bean-tomoto Bolognese.

When it comes to drinks, the Butcher’s Daughter doubles up as a juice bar with an endless selection of cold-pressed juices, smoothies and elixir shots.
