With a focus on fresh ingredients and authentic tastes, Viên’s founder Mark Sy aims to share the vibrant colors and exotic flavors of the region that he grew up enjoying with neighboring communities.
Viên serves noodle, rice or salad as a base, which can then be elevated with a variety of toppings. Proteins include grilled ginger beef, lemongrass chicken or seared turmeric tofu, alongside fresh herbs and spices for an extra kick. Then, bowls are finished off with a sauce of Ur choice, ranging from Vietnamese lime, sweet chili or Thai peanut. Sides include things like fresh Chicken or Tofu Summer Rolls and Papaya Slaw, while sweets include a vegan Pandan Basil-Seed Tapioca.
