UnderFit Yoga series debuts.
Friends of The Underline UnderFit Yoga is expanding its yoga classes with a sensory experience for your mind, body and soul on October 13 and November 10.
The UnderFit Yoga series debuts with a new program and new location at Brickell City Centre (fourth level, next to the CMX Theatre). It includes one hour free yoga with three teachers for hands-on instruction, special instruction for families and kids, and various curated activities after class like sound bowl, guided meditation sessions and acro yoga performances.
Free loaner yoga mats are provided by Underline partner, Brickell City Centre. The complimentary classes are opened to everyone. Make sure to check out the mall's shops and restaurants after the class.
