The vegan chain has opened a big new location at the Seaport District, seating 70 including the outdoor space.

The new restaurant is the 13th location of the vegan fast-casual chain, which is growing across the nation despite the ousting of its namesake and founder Chloe Coscarelli.

The philosophy has remained the same: everything is made in-house - even the buns - and the food is affordable, healthy, satisfying and beautiful. By Chloe’s success comes at a time when health consciousness has led diners to increasingly seek out alternatives to meat when dining out, and spots like By Chloe make the transition painless.

Meanwhile By Chloe is releasing an entire line of CBD oil-infused treats called Munchies By Chloe tomorrow (September 27th). Served at the chain’s dessert shops, Sweets by Chloe, the new line will include cakes, cupcakes, cookies, mini pies, popcorn, beverages, and more.
