Temakinho Formentera

Certified sustainable Japanese-Brazilian restaurant's outpost right on the port of La Sevina.

Temakinho, which has branches and a loyal following in Italy and Ibiza, has made a splash in Formentera. Founders Linda Maroli and Santo Bellistri were inspired by their time in Sao Paulo, which is home to the largest population of Japanese people outside of Japan. Temakinho literally means 'cross-contmaination' and the restaurant serves up a bright array of sushi and cocktails 'contaminated' by the colour and exotic flavours of South America. Think ceviches and tartares, mango and pink-pepper Caipirinhas - and a soundtrack of bossa nova and jazz with panoramic views of La Sevina.
