Balthazar brings Miami Beach to Covent Garden...

For three nights only (from 6pm-11pm) on Monday, 26, Tuesday, 27 and Wednesday, 28 November, Balthazar plays host to world-class Miami bar, Sweet Liberty - found in the up-and-coming Collins Park area of South Beach. This residency comes off the back of Sweet Liberty’s move up the World’s 50 Best Bars list, jumping six places up the list to take the 21st spot.

Take up this rare opportunity to witness the skills of star bartender, Christopher Norton, as he works with Balthazar bar manager Massimiliano Favaretto and sample some world-class cocktails.
