Arguably the most prestigious nightclub in France, and sure to be a great place for some celebrity spotting, Les Caves du Roy is another addition to the Hôtel Byblos.
The bouncers are more like guards who are mostly there to keep out the paparazzi, and the vibe is ultra-chic, wild and seductively intimate. The look is iconic, with baroque columns of gold brocade towering above VIP booths embroidered with oriental touches, and the music is eclectic and doesn't shy away from a hit, but be prepared to be out-danced by the locals if you're feeling a little shy in your dance shoes.
