Bartolomeo at Hotel Guanahani

Situated in the heart of the hotel's lush tropical gardens, Bartolomeo offers bistronomic cuisine.

Showcasing the island’s best ingredients and bold Caribbean and Mediterranean spices, the menu is enhanced daily with the freshest seasonal market produce. Seating is available at candlelit tables in the covered but open-air main dining room, as well as on the garden deck. 

The vibe is casual sophistication, but the culinary presentation is bright and playful, as in a warm "tiramisu" starter layered with egg yolk, asparagus, and truffle, or a pea gnocchetti with local crayfish (Caribbean spotted lobster). Among several tasting menus is a Chef Inspiration Menu (€75 per person) that rides the whims of the chef that day—I say put yourself in their inventive hands and have fun. The large bar in front has piano music and a serious wine list.

At the adjacent lounge, guests enjoy a selection of wines by the glass, signature cocktails and fine liquors. 

Hours: 7-10 p.m. daily except Wednesday and Thursday
