Mandarin Oriental Jumeira

Overlooking both the pristine waters of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s glittering skyline, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is a stunning beachfront resort with an enviable Jumeirah Beach setting. Set to open at the beginning of 2019. The hotel will house 178 guest rooms and 78 suites, most of which come with private balconies - six restaurants and lounges, a destination spa and kids’ club and a dedicated beach club, and infinity pools surrounded by landscaped gardens. A major highlight is the opening of Tasca - the first Middle Eastern restaurant from renowned Michelin-starred Portuguese chef José Avillez. There is also a planned second yet-to-be-named luxury hotel project in Dubai for the group - located downtown on Sheikh Zayed Road as part of the Al Wasl Tower. 

St Regis' The Palm

The hotel is part of The Palm Tower, a 52-storey mixed-use luxury development and the centrepiece of Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah island. The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm will offer 289 guestrooms and suites, spanning the first 18 floors of Palm Tower, while the upper floors will comprise 504 luxury apartments. The hotel will feature two swimming pools, including one of the world’s highest infinity pools which will be located on the 50th floor, 210 meters above ground and bordering all four sides of the building for a 360-degree view of the Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline. The hotel will also offer distinct dining experiences, including a signature restaurant with sweeping city views on the 51st floor and an all-day restaurant and a public rooftop viewing deck on the 52nd floor. In addition, there will be a 2-storey beach club located at Palm West Beach - with an infinity pool along with state-of-the-art gym and fitness centre. 

The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences

The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences on The Palm in Dubai is destined to become an iconic, world-renowned address boasting a 800-room hotel and 250 luxury residences with retail and restaurant offerings. Building on the success of Atlantis The Palm there will be 65 outdoor pools, 1.7 km of private beach, and an 85-m-high sky garden with an infinity pool overlooking the Gulf and Dubai. Opening in the new hotel next year are Jaleo, from chef José Andrés, and it will also be home to Dinner from Heston Blumenthal, the British chef behind The Fat Duck and the Dubai outpost of Hakkasan. FIVE Jumeirah Village Dubai

FIVE's second hospitality and residential project, FIVE Jumeirah Village Dubai, is scheduled for completion early 2019. The luxury five-star tower (located in the heart of Jumeirah Village, off Sheikh Zayed Road) features 247 hotel rooms and suites, 221 one and two-bedroom hotel apartments and 33 four-bedroom hotel apartments, all with private pools. Its visionary design allows for each apartment to incorporate a vast landscaped garden and private swimming pool - even at a staggering height of 800 ft. Each apartment benefits from a sweeping 200-degree views of the dazzling city. The sky lobby located at the top of the podium accommodates a spa, all-day-dining restaurant, health club, meeting rooms and a landscaped podium roof.

A luxury beach hotel resort with over 900 keys - one of 14 hotels opening within the six-island Heart of Europe complex - made up of 300 islands reclaimed from the sea in the shape of the world map. The contemporary Mediterranean style hotel takes its design inspiration from modern day Mediterranean architecture. The Côte d’Azur Hotel is located on one of the prime beach-front areas of Main Europe Island.
