The three Michelin-starred chef behind the world's best restaurant returns to the the Kulm Hotel with a new residency.

The legendary Kulm Hotel St. Moritz is hosting three-star Michelin chef Mauro Colagreco this winter season as he takes over the hotel’s restaurant the K. The Three Michelin-starred Mirazur in the French Riviera holds the top position in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list at present. 

The Côte d'Azur restaurant is highly regarded for classic, luxury dining in a stunning setting overlooking the glittering Mediterranean. Expect modern, delicately flavoured dishes made with local seasonal ingredients - many influenced by his Italian ancestry, childhood in Argentina and training with top chefs in Paris (such as Bernard Loiseau and Alain Ducasse).

Signature Dishes

Anchovy fillets set on fried anchovy skeletons & lemon and dish Colagreco simply calls “Green” combines garden peas, fennel and kiwi fruit in a tribute to fresh produce and “Luxus beta vulgaris” combines the everyday (salt encrusted beetroot) with the ultimate luxury (Oscietre caviar cream).

Highlights

The Kulm has also put together an accommodation package that includes a tasting menu dinner for two at The K by Mauro Colagreco (excluding wines) and overnight accommodation followed by breakfast. Prices start from CHF 1490. Also included in the rate is unlimited access to the Kulm Spa St. Moritz and use of the hotel’s private ice rink.
