Their extensive know-how plus their creativity make them one of the best bartending team in town. Difficult not to drink only one cocktail even more if you consider entering the hidden and private speakeasy room.

Tamarin

Le Tamarin is set within a lush and superb tropical garden making this Saline-based restaurant the best place for a romantic dinner. It is hard not to fall in love with the spot when first staring at the breathtaking surroundings. The rest of the experience is bewitching too with the colourful, inventive and exquisite cuisine, warmly served by a very professional team. An unmissable dish is the ravioli of wild shrimp, garlic and parsley, tentacles of grilled octopus with aioli sauce and light broth of shellfish.
