Mr. C Coconut Grove

The fourth generation Cipriani brothers, Ignazio & Maggio are bringing a new hotel to Coconut Grove, featuring a modern, radical design by Arquitectonica which was influenced by Stiltsville in nearby Biscayne Bay. Located at 2988 McFarlane Road, Mr. C Coconut Grove rises 5-stories and houses 100-rooms which are a mix of guest rooms and suites with private terraces. Mr. C Coconut Grove also features a new Italian dining concept with indoor and outdoor seating as well as the rooftop Bellini Restaurant and Bar. Mr. C Coconut Grove is the first Mr. C hotel to debut in Florida and joins sister properties Mr. C Beverly Hills and the newly opened Mr. C Seaport in New York City.  

The Celino South Beach

The Celino has transformed three art deco buildings, including the landmark Park Central Hotel, into one luxurious boutique ocean front oasis. Each has been sensitively developed to maintain its original 1940s elegance. While the addition of a contemporary, loft-style building a lobby bar and glass-bottom rooftop pool mixes in modern Miami flair. The hotel houses 132 rooms, 12 balcony suites and 14 one-bedroom suites, dressed in appropriate whites, pale blues, and light wood. Aside from beach service there is the glass-bottomed pool on the roof and one in the courtyard, multiple restaurants, and event space. Pictured.

Hotel Palomar South Beach

Under the Kimpton umbrella, Hotel Palomar South Beach is located in the hip Sunset Harbour neighbourhood in Miami Beach. Owned and developed by The Finvarb Group, the hotel features a striking design by legendary Miami architect and designer Kobi Karp. The hotel spans five stories with 96 rooms surrounding a central atrium. The boutique property features spacious suites and luxurious amenities, including a stylish canopy-inspired rooftop pool and amenities, adjacent signature restaurant overlooking Collins Canal and a fitness center.

Greystone Hotel

Located near South Beach's Collins Park and situated within walking distance to the Miami Beach Convention Center, The Greystone Hotel is a 56,000-square-foot Art Deco hotel inspired by Miami’s Golden Era. A VOS Hospitality property, this upscale, 92-room boutique hotel features a five-story tower, rooftop swimming pool and bar, 140-seat restaurant and a subterranean speakeasy lounge, all designed by Shulman + Associates. 

Palihouse Miami Beach

Los Angeles-based Paligroup is opening its first hotel on the East Coast. The 71-room Palihouse Miami Beach debuts on the Indian Creek waterway in a completely reimagined historic Art Deco building - located around the corner from the lavish Faena Hotel. Most rooms feature “an eclectic design palette inspired by the eastern seaboard and boho", kitchenettes and the lobby showcases an eclectic boho chic vibe. Guests will have access to the hotel’s beach club and boat dock, and the pool deck features a patio garden. Paligroup’s current portfolio encompasses properties around Los Angeles, including locations in West Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Melrose.
