Situated on the quaint Republic Street in history-rich Rabat, Townhouse No. 3 is redefining the traditional Maltese cuisine. The menu changes seasonally and focuses on local produce sourced from local producers with Maltese and Gozitan ingredients taking centre stage on the menu and presented in unique and novel ways - such as rabbit ravioli with a thyme jus, and gnocchi with grilled squid and chilli and lime fennel.
