ABC Kitchen

In the airy, white-walled restaurant – attached to the upmarket and sustainably-minded ABC home and carpet store - Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten serves up award-winning farm-to-table fare.

Ingredients are free from pesticides, insecticides, hormones, antibiotics, are GMO-free and sourced from from local farmers and fair trade cooperatives. Even the menus are sustainable – made from recycled paper and attached to cardboard from ABC’s delivery boxes. The restaurant also encourages diners to support local agriculture further by signing up to a Community Supported Agriculature - the CSA program, to receive fruit and vegetables directly from local farmers.

The menus - which include the list of current farmers the produce hails from - incudes meat - such as fried chicken, burgers, pork confit - but has a wealth of creative seafood and vegetable options too, including pretzel-dusted calamari, roasted maine lobster, skuna bay salmon and black sea bass.
