A Taste of Mirazur Dinner

Internationally acclaimed Chef Mauro Colagreco is celebrating his flagship restaurant, Mirazur in Menton, France, winning its third Michelin star with a special dinner.

To celebrate this culinary accolade, chef Colagreco is hosting “A Taste of Mirazur” dinner on Friday, March 15th at Florie's - his first US restaurant in the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. This one-night only menu expresses Florie’s Mediterranean spirit and the shared characteristics of the French Riviera and Palm Beach. Start the evening with garden-driven cocktail before a five-course dinner menu - highlighting South Florida twists on Mirazur signatures with optional wine pairings. Dinner is priced at $285 per person.
