Eureka

Enjoy a 15-course tasting menu of molecular gastronomy from one seriously over-achieving teenager

The 16-year-old culinary prodigy Flynn McGarry is bringing his famed pop-up Eureka back to New York for five nights later this month. As he did in 2014, McGarry will be offering his 14-course winter tasting menu at so-called Creative Edge Parties with dinner at $180 and a $65 supplement for wine.

Flynn became famed not just for his youth in the kitchen, but for his highly accomplished skill at molecular gastronomy, aspiring to be a Michelin-awarded chef from the age of 12. Since then, he has been preparing multi-course tasting menus from his San Fernando Valley home, with his table graced by many famous faces and industry figures. As well as apprenticing at Eleven Madison Park and Alinea, he has worked at Alma, cooked with Chef Daniel Boulud on TODAY show, landed a gig on the White House lawn during the Easter Egg Roll, and made the cover of the NY Times Magazine Food Issue, under the title, 'Yes Chef'.
