Rely entirely on taste, touch, smell and sound, as you immerse yourself in a pitch-black dining experience. This unqiue dining experience includes a surprise three course gourmet menu with paired beverages, and a reception [in the light] to discuss the featured menu with the chef and restaurant manager. In order to ensure an exclusive and personalised experience, diners are led to their table in a private restaurant setting that is cloaked in complete darkness, escorted by servers wearing night vision goggles. Priced at AED360.

Dubai’s only rooftop, revolving restaurant. Located on the 25th floor of Hyatt Regency Dubai, Al Dawaar is the perfect way to experience Dubai in a little under two hours. Renowned for its superb international buffet, indulge in a wide selection of tempting appetisers and main courses from Europe, the Middle East and Asia, all while enjoying the city’s skyline, from the dining rooms tropical colonial setting. A strong salad selection, some great seafood and the dessert spread complete the package. Dinner Time Story

‘Le Petit Chef’ tells the story of a small animated chef who is projected onto diners’ plates and proceeds to ‘cook’ their food, on their plates in front of them. The brainchild of Belgian artists Filip Sterckx and Antoon Verbeeck, Le Petit Chef has been delighting diners (and social media) since 2015 and with entrepreneur Nadine Beshir, the team launched Dinner Time Stories - a unique unparalleled pop-up restaurant (at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre) concept that combines projection, creative movie making and an innovative menu. Along with 3D projections, the Marco Polo story also includes props, soundtracks, and scents, which makes guests “breathe the icy air of the Himalayas one moment, and feel hot and heady in an Arabic souk the next”. Priced at AED450.

Ossiano

The acclaimed and award-winning Ossiano seafood restaurant. Dine-under-the-sea at another world-renowned and extravagant restaurant from Atlantis The Palm, Dubai with breathtaking underwater views of the Ambassador Lagoon. Indulge in inspired seafood dishes in the company of the countless sharks, rays and colourful fish that populate the floor-to-ceiling Lost Chambers Aquarium. Dishes are courtesy of Chef Gregoire Burger who delivers a sophisticated menu with signature dishes like Blue Lobster Gratin and Wild Black Sole. Worth diving into to. Pictured.
