Where to Dine Out in Soho

Chef Proprietor at the iconic Quo Vadis, Jeremy Lee, shares his favourite Soho dining spots...

Bao Soho

The original Bao destination in London, serving Michelin Bib Gourmand-rated Taiwanese street food worth queuing for. "I love these fantastically inventive and stylish folks who delight in dishes as witty as they are delicious."

Andrew Edmunds

Established in 1986, Andrew Edmunds is considered one of the last bastions of 'old Soho'. This old-school dining institution offers up a daily-changing hand-written menu of Modern British cooking. "This beautiful, charming restaurant that stands the test of time with food as delicious as the extraordinary wines, in this eponymous Soho legend.

Vasco and Piero's Pavilion Restaurant

A traditional and long-running Italian restaurant, creating beautiful Umbrian cuisine. This warm and homely restaurant serves up uncomplicated central Italian cuisine, with fresh pasta made on the premises and a menu that changes twice a day. "I remember this being Alastair Little’s favourite pasta and still is, as it is mine."

Yauatcha

Yauatcha is a Michelin-starred contemporary dim sum restaurant - a modern reinterpretation of the traditional Cantonese teahouse - dishing up an all-day grazing experience, specializing in modern dim sum, as well as wok dishes and other small eats."These are the best dim-sum in Soho. The venison puff pastry and the char-sui chung fun alone are worth beating a path to this restaurant."

Ducksoup

A tiny stripped-back restaurant in the heart of Soho serving seasonal food that changes weekly - celebrated for their approach to simple cooking, using the best of the seasons produce to create vibrant dishes. "This has always been a treasure of seasonal delights and the wine is good too. Even better that they are a hop, skip and a jump away from us at Quo Vadis."
