Luke Selby at Mortimer House

Maslow’s Mortimer House is hosting its third highly anticipated guest chef residency with ex-Head Chef of Michelin starred Hide, and one of the stars of the BBC’s Great British Menu; Luke Selby.

After two hugely successful chef residencies with Elizabeth Haigh of Kaizen House, and Oli Brown of Duck Duck Goose, Mortimer House is hosting Hide's Luke Selby -  showcasing a fine dining menu shaped around his refined cooking style with elements of theatre with dishes such as roasted native lobster, fennel and smoked butter sauce, with tempura claw and ponzu and whole stuffed quail, served with golden turnips, raisins and grapefruit. 

By reservation only, across Friday and Saturday nights, and Sunday lunch service and takes place on the Living Room & Den upstairs at Mortimer House; nestled within the original Art Deco building on the fifth floor. 

Signature Dishes

Chestnut agnolotti with mushroom consommé, pickled walnut and root vegetables; whole stuffed quail, served with golden turnip, raisins and grapefruit and roasted native lobster, with fennel and smoked butter sauce, with tempura claw and ponzu.
