Following the success of last year’s terrace collaboration with renowned whisky brand The Macallan, the winter edition of The Macallan Manor House returns for a second year to Rosewood London. The hotel’s beautiful courtyard terrace has been transformed into a luxurious Scottish manor house, inspired by the rolling Scottish hills and The Macallan Estate.
Taking inspiration from the abundance of trees that grow in the grounds of The Macallan distillery, pass through a grove of autumnal trees rich with copper before stepping inside the opulent country manor adorned with natural foliage and decked out with highland hues, coppers, driftwood, and deep red tones. Wrap up in a woven blanket and bask in the soothing spiced aromas filled air, whilst savouring the taste of The Macallan single malt scotch whisky and a menu of comforting dishes from Holborn Dining Room.
Open from 4pm, Tuesday – Saturday.
Cornish crab thermidor tart; heritage beetroot & hispi Wellington with Romesco sauce; roast pork belly with, chorizo stuffing & white bean stew and sticky toffee pudding, honeyed pecans & praline ice cream.
Finest Cut: Macallan 12yrs Double Cask with quinine wine, passiflora edulis & Piment d’Espelette and the Barrel Highball: Macallan 12yrs Double Cask with carob, hazelnuts, mint & smoked barrel cola.
