A name synonymous with elegance and tradition, and world renowned for its classic Italian cuisine, Cipriani have cast their spell on Miami. Cipriani Miami stays true to the Cipriani's elegant and timeless setting, buzzy atmosphere and an eclectic crowd. The chic decor of this fashionable outpost has a decidedly nautical aesthetic inspired by the waterfront setting (with views of Biscayne Bay) - reminiscent of Italian luxury yachts from the 1920s and ‘30s. The menu features all the celebrated traditional Italian dishes and classics from Harry's Bar in Venice together with other specialties. A favourite haunt of the celebrity jet-set.

The Asian menu encompasses robata grill and wok dishes, along with an extensive dim sum and sushi selection. Novikov Restaurant and Bar is the first Miami project for internationally renowned hospitality designer Adam D. Tihany. Design features include wave-like ribs of the ceiling with textured wood walls enveloping the space. A sushi bar and private chef’s table comprise the more intimate dining spaces along with terrace dining options.
