A name synonymous with elegance and tradition, and world renowned for its classic Italian cuisine, Cipriani have cast their spell on Miami. Cipriani Miami stays true to the Cipriani's elegant and timeless setting, buzzy atmosphere and an eclectic crowd. The chic decor of this fashionable outpost has a decidedly nautical aesthetic inspired by the waterfront setting (with views of Biscayne Bay) - reminiscent of Italian luxury yachts from the 1920s and ‘30s. The menu features all the celebrated traditional Italian dishes and classics from Harry's Bar in Venice together with other specialties. A favourite haunt of the celebrity jet-set.

Known for its stellar take on Pan-Asian cuisine, Novikov has debuted in Miami as the restaurant's first outpost in the States. Famed Russian restauranteur Arkadiy Novikov already made a name for himself in Russia and the UK, and now Miami. Novikov is known for its colorful seafood and vegetable market display, whereby diners are encouraged to handpick the best and freshest items from a globally-sourced, daily selection of seasonal ingredients. The Asian menu encompasses robata grill and wok dishes, along with an extensive dim sum and sushi selection. Novikov Restaurant and Bar is the first Miami project for internationally renowned hospitality designer Adam D. Tihany. Design features include wave-like ribs of the ceiling with textured wood walls enveloping the space. A sushi bar and private chef’s table comprise the more intimate dining spaces along with terrace dining options.

A three-story indoor/outdoor eatery and lounge that combines contemporary Southeast Asian cuisine with a South Florida vibe. The 300-seat restaurant and lounge offers several unique multi-level dining options including three bars complete with a handcrafted cocktail menu as well as the signature outdoor floating “birds nests” seating for elevated dining adding to the restaurant’s treehouse vibe - with design overseen by New York-based ICRAVE to resemble a floating tropical oasis. The Pan-Asian menu was developed under the culinary direction of restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow (of China Grill & Asia de Cuba fame) fusing classic dishes with new, innovative takes - with signature favorites including the Peking duck, tuna & toro roll, and lobster dynamite. Open daily.
