Seafood Spectacular with Vivek Singh & Asma Khan

Renowned chef Vivek Singh is joining forces with Asma Khan of Darjeeling Express and star of Netflix’s Chef’s Table for a collaborative feast at Battersea Power Station’s London Seafood Festival.

The evening kicks off at 6pm with a screening of Asma’s acclaimed episode of Chef’s Table in Battersea Power Station’s new Archlight Cinema, where canapés of Dahi Puri (semolina shells filled with potatoes, yoghurt and tamarind chutney) and aubergine fritters with tomato chutney will be served throughout the show. 

Following the screening, take the few steps to Vivek’s restaurant Cinnamon Kitchen, for a collaborative family-style seafood feast - created exclusively by Vivek and Asma - with a menu reflecting their individual culinary styles. Tickets cost £50.

 

Signature Dishes

Cured salmon Jhal Muri with puffed rice, green pea and mustard chutney; Jhal Deya Cod in coconut mustard green chilli sauce and Kerala spiced Moplah seafood briyani and Shahi Tukra – an Indian bread pudding with saffron syrup, cardamom and almonds.
