Located on the beautiful Rue Jacob, lies this charming jazz bar aptly named Caveau des Légendes (Cave of Legends). The renowned venue has hosted impressive such as René Urtreger and Peter King, from the 1950s to the present day. 

As you enter this hideaway of music greats, you may be forgiven for thinking you have travelled back in time, curtesy of knight’s armour old fashioned stairs, heavy oak door, medieval tavern setting, candelabras, stone walls and iron lanterns hanging from the vaulted ceiling. 

Caveau des Légendes now plays hosts to a number of various events including  clairvoyant nights on Wednesdays (Tarot cards, anyone?), musical performances, cabaret nights, and plays.
