Huso at Marky’s Caviar

An all-day bar and dining experience dedicated to all-things caviar.

This diminutive 12-seat restaurant, takes its name from the Latin word for beluga sturgeon, is housed on the Upper East Side - and the first NYC outpost of famed Florida caviar purveyor Marky’s.

The “fine casual caviar bar,” has chef Buddha Lo (previously at Eleven Madison Park) dishing up an all-day menu of small plates, like king crab with caviar in a lobster bun, Wagyu tartare with caviar, and caviar flights (priced up to $640).

At night, curtains are drawn for the “speakeasy,” serving up a seven-course (regularly-changing) $200 tasting menu - highlighting caviar with every course with dishes such as: Olivie Salad, a hollowed-out potato stuffed with eggs, new potatoes, dill, pickles, carrots and smoked beluga meat served on a bed of sevruga caviar. Open daily.
