The fourth-annual festival (and sister event to P.I.G - Pork is Good) tasks some of Miami's leading chefs to prepare locally raised and pastured fowl in the form of creative dishes. This year, the impressive line-up includes; Pubbelly's Jose Mendin, Pablo Zitzmann of No Name Chinese, Alter's Brad Kilgore and La Placita ' Jose Mendin. In addition to unlimited food samplings, Eamon Rockey of Rockey’s Milk Punch in New York City is overseeing the craft cocktail pairings Tickets are priced from $58 or $93 for a VIP option with cocktails. The event takes place at The Anderson, from 3pm to 7pm.
