Yuki Chidui at Sushi on Jones

Chef Yuki Chidui of Japan’s Nadeshico Sushi, the only all-female sushi counter and restaurant in Akihabara, Tokyo is Sushi on Jones's first guest chef.

Chef Chidui will be behind the counter at Sushi on Jones serving a limited time 12-course omakase menu inspired by her favorite subject, outer space, with each course named after a celestial body or theme. 

For lunch, she’ll be serving sushi at the Bowery Market location, and for dinner, she’ll be at 210 West 10th St. The menu is priced at $58 and dishes include; Botenebi shrimp wtih yam, uni, and marinated blue seaweed and toasted Kinmedai skin with cherry salt, and raw yuba fry.
