James Beard-award winning restaurateur Stephen Starr (behind Le Coucou and Upland) is managing the dining operations in the Equinox Hotel, the first hotel from the gym brand. This restaurant, located on the hotel’s 24th floor, was designed by the Rockwell Group and features an 8,000-square-foot terrace overlooking the Hudson River. Electric Lemon is led by executive chef Kyle Knall and features a Mid-Atlantic cuisine with an emphasis on light and balanced offerings. Check back for updates.
