The lemon and olive tree lined Riviera style retreat - usually reserved for hotel guests, has been inspired by some of Italy’s legendary hotels from Il Pellicano to La Sirenuse - and provides a dreamy setting to enjoy the sunshine wtih citrus yellow and white striped sunbeds.
Feast poolside on fritto misto, tricolore salad, pizzetta and arancini, finished off with gelato or limoncello sorbet. As Aperitivo hour (complete with Bellinis, Aperol Spritz and Negronis) approaches, and the sun goes down, the pool and garden are filled with the aroma and flickers of candles from Acqua di Parma.
Access is subject to availability and must be pre-booked in advance and priced from £75, which includes: four hour access to La Dolce Vita (the rooftop garden and pool, sauna and steam room) and a glass of Aperol Spritz.

Those wishing to be pampered can indulge in the La Dolce Vita treatment designed by the spa to invigorate and prepare skin for the summer. Whilst tired feet are soaked with lemon salts, the face is cleansed, toned and revived with a hydrating mask. The body is exfoliated and gently nourished with lemon and rosemary oil from head to toe for beautiful skin and complete relaxation.
