The chefs will be joined by fellow Hospitality Action patrons Gary Usher of Chester’s Sticky Walnut, two Michelin-starred chef Paul Heathcote, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal’s Ashley Palmer-Watts and Nigel Haworth of Northcote. The evening (at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel) starts at 6.30pm with tickets priced at £140 per person including a four-course menu with wines and a Moët & Chandon champagne and canapé reception.
Celebrity chef Brian Turner, will host a live auction on the night wtih unique prizes up for grabs include a dinner for 18 people in the private dining room at Kerridge’s Bar and Grill, Tom Kerridge’s acclaimed restaurant at the Corinthia Hotel in London.
