This experiential dining concept has been designed so that everything edible will glow, from luminous shochu and sake cocktails to glow-in-the-dark ramen. From May, Nakamura.ke begins its global tour, making stops around the world through 2020; beginning with Charlotte, NC and then Los Angeles in July.
Housed in an intimate inside space (at Yamashiro in Hollywood) that only seats six people at a time and offers mountain top view of Los Angeles as you experience luminescent foods and cocktails under the traditional awnings of Nakamura-ke.
The House of Nakamura pop-up is a totally immersive dining experience including theatrics, storytelling, art, and folklore. Either book a Tachigui bar experience (from $83 per person) to an Omotenashi Chef Experience - where a chef prepares the meal directly in front of counter-dwelling diners, priced at $158 per person.
