Bagatelle returns to South Beach, at The Ritz-Carlton on Miami's Lincoln Road. The new Miami location brings together the glam of the French Riviera with old school, Art Deco Miami. Showcasing the ‘joie de vivre’ which the brand is well known for - as they are for their wild Champagne-spraying parties - the new incarnation comprises a 200-cover dining room, a conservatory, cocktail bar, and a private dining room.
The elegant French bistro serves plates of authentic French Mediterranean fare such as crispy octopus roasted with apricot and lavender and Cycladic lamb chops served with mint pesto - overseen by Rocco Seminara previously at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo and Byblos in St Tropez.
