Taking place for one night only, chef Richard H Turner and butcher James George are bringing the Turner & George Beef Speakeasy to Mayfair, where beef will take centre stage throughout the menu.
Richard will take to the live-fire grill to prepare the very best native and rare breed beef, all slow grown and grass fed and sourced from the UK, whilst offering an education into breeds and cuts.
Prices start at £60 per person, with a wine pairing option for an additional £40 per person, or choose the counter seating overlooking the open kitchen for £75, which includes a welcome cocktail.
Gastronomic dining
Oxtail nuggets with Ogleshield & kimchi ketchup; chopped steak with caviar, bone marrow and Coombeshead sourdough; a hearty steak and Kkdney pudding with Madeira gravy; and ending with ash baked rosemary studded Tunworth & garlic with onion bread.
