Some of the city’s most renowned and creative chefs are coming together to create and deliver a one-off menu.
The steller line-up for this collaborative dinner (taking place at Tom & Serg cafe, pictured) includes: acclaimed local chef Izu Ani of Gaia - currently the hottest restaurant in Dubai, Zuma’s multi-award-winning chef Reif Othman, Australian-Lebanese chef Greg Malouf, chef Liz Stevenson from Ruya, celebrity chef Mohammad Orfali and restaurateur Tom Arnel of Tom & Serg. Tickets are priced at Dhs225 with all profits donated to Dubai Cares - a philanthropic organization working to improve children's access to quality primary education in developing countries.
