Start the evening (from 7pm) with a Pisco Sour at Floral by Lima’s bar, The Lost Alpaca, before settling in to the restaurant’s private dining room. A selection of traditional Peruvian snacks and small plates will be served followed by three of Head Chef Patricia Roig's favourite ceviches and a lemon based dessert to finish. Tickets are priced £50.
