The homegrown speciality coffee shop (pictured), hidden inside an Asian grocery store is hosting this one-off Japanese cooking class on July 19th, from 5pm onwards. Learn how to prepare an authentic Japanese sushi rice and prepare nigiri sushi and maki rolls. Priced at AED320 per person. For the adventurous add to your lesson with Chutoro tuna belly sushi and Hakkaido uni sea urchin sushi for an additional cost.
