The event features an international line-up that includes multi-Michelin-starred chef Raymond Blanc (Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons), culinary road-tripper and MasterChef presenter John Torode, inspiring gastronomic talents Tim Anderson (Nanban), Josh Katz (Berber & Q), Romy Gill (Romy’s Kitchen) and Adam Handling (Frog by Adam Handling), and expert food writers and broadcasters such as Andi Oliver, Felicity Cloake and Shivi Ramoutar.
