An exclusive pop-up dining concept at Dorchester Collection’s luxury country house hotel Coworth Park, a collaboration between Dom Pérignon and Michelin-starred executive chef Adam Smith. Nestled within the estate’s Lime Grove, the evening includes an exclusive private dining concept - in a specially created geodesic dome - with a one-off menu (of either 3 to 5 courses) designed to explore the unique Champagnes being served. Dishes on the menus, named after and inspired by constellations, include: langoustine with tomato, kimchi & ginger and veal cutlet with garden salad, pickled tongue and truffle. Menus are priced from £200 per person for a 3-course dinner Dom Pérignon Champagne pairing with an Afternoon Tea menu priced at £85 per person. After dinner a telescope is available to further explore the galaxy.
