At the group’s flagship restaurant, Pollen Street Social, Jason Atherton is cooking alongside his Head Chef, Dale Bainbridge; culinary heavyweight, Pierre Koffmann, and celebrated Chef Patron of Cornerstone, Tom Brown. The six-course tasting menu features signature dishes from each of the chefs including Tom Brown’s roasted cod with curry sauce and crispy potatoes and Pierre’s Roasted Orkney scallop a la Koffmann. Lunch (with paired wines) is served from 12.30pm arrival, and priced at £200 per person.
The lunch is part of Social Sunday which sees the UK’s best chef’s team up to cook a one-off tasting menu where all proceeds go to Hospitality Action, a charity which supports people in need within the hospitality industry and for which Jason Atherton is Principal Patron.
