The Nitery by Gizzi Erskine

A Parisian-inspired residency dishing up whimsical biodynamic dishes, wines and cocktails.

The Nitery takes inspiration from early 20th century Parisian ‘niteries’ - hedonistic, bohemian restaurants that popped up all around the city and were frequented by the thought leaders, artists and poets of the time, and were later adopted by America in the early days of Atlantic City to a much sleazier incarnation. The Nitery pop-up is the dining room which previously occupied by Asia de Cuba, with new artwork from well known artists adorning the walls.

Expect an electric, bon vivant atmosphere with inventive, playful menus by the award-winning chef, food writer and broadcaster. Gizzi’s menus encompass French, American and English biodynamic food, wine and cocktails, mingling experimental ingredients with nostalgic, classic dishes such as steak tartare with bone marrow dripping on marmite toast with cured egg yolk, and chocolate mousse with Horlicks cream.
