This summer Searcys at the Gherkin have partnered with Perrier-Jouët Champagne to launch a summer pop-up bar.

From the 15 July, the Iris Bar is to become an oasis of ivy and greenery as it is transformed into a luscious botanical glasshouse. Retreat into a Champagne Garden, surrounded by a haven of exotic flowers and plants with a selection of Perrier-Jouët vintages and a menu of botanical gin-inspired cocktails - available all summer long.

Also visit The Table of Tastes, a unique installation featured in one of their private dining rooms. The pocket version of The Glasshouse showcases an array of bright, tropical flowers, leaves and botanicals inspired by the tasting notes of various Perrier-Jouët cuveés. The experience can be explored by parties of all sizes, celebrating every occasion – from brunch to lavish dinner parties, with a menu featuring pairings of Champagne and a traditional English menu.

The Gherkin Spritz - a blend of Beefeater gin, Perrier-Jouët champagne, pickled gherkin juice and elderflower essence and the London Fields, a mix of Plymouth sloe gin, Cox’s apples, fresh fruits, lemonade and lavender extract.
