This light-filled corner building is the atelier of Adrián Quetglas, the famed Argentine chef with passionate Mallorcan heritage. Aiming to ‘democratise haute cuisine’, Quetglas offers a great value five-course set lunch menu (€35) with an option to pair wines for an extra €25. Dishes might include squid with a roast pepper brandade and tapenade mousse, or pea cream with a smoked bacon icecream. Wine pairings include a cava, a white, a rosé, a red and a dessert wine. Quetglas is a self-confessed perfectiuonsist, so expect the aesthetics of both the food and the interiors to be ultra-slick.
